  4. Description:
  5.    This script contains a trio of commands for irc operators.  They are
  6.    mainly aimed at helping operators curb clonebot abuse.

  8.      Command    Description                                               
  9.      /mkill     KILL multiple nicknames at once with the same reason
  10.      /tfilter   show all users matching pattern on your server
  11.      /tkill     KILL all users matching pattern on your server
  12.  
  13.    Use the script's internal /starhelp for more information.
